Gin rummy

Then came another variant named Gin rummy. The game’s culture got popularised in the early 19th century. Gin rummy is played with a 52 card deck. The card ranks in the order of high to low as King, Queen, Jack, 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2, ace. The main objective is to collect points to reach the pre-decided point limit.

Indian Rummy

This variant is the most popular in the subcontinental areas. In this variant, players will have to make valid combinations from the 13 cards dealt with each. Two deck of cards of 52 cards each are used in the game. Every player will have to pick and discard cards in every turn.
