REFUND POLICY

The minimum amount of chips required to be eligible for redemption is 500 chips. You will not be allowed to redeem anything lesser than 500 chips.

Chips in this context refer to rupees. 1 chip = 1 rupee.

The decision to allow players redeem in the event, he/she doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria is entirely ours. The validity of which might not be questioned. Player’s history with us would be taken into consideration in such cases and the player may require a security check before such redemption is processed. All applicable charges will have to be paid by the player himself.

Minimum Loyalty points and Reward Bonus for redemption are 1000

The player cannot claim redeems for chips that have been used up in playing or had already been redeemed. Redeem would only be applicable for the balance number of chips available in the player’s account.

The players can view his account balance and the transactions made with us in the Account Balance section under 'My Account' tab after logging into their account. Players can always write to us at support@deccanrummy.com for any specific queries or further clarifications.

Deccan Rummy Games Cancellation Settlement Policy

Should a 13 card Indian rummy game be cancelled at DeccanRummy due to a technical glitch at our end, the following games cancellation settlement policy shall be followed. Kindly find that this policy is applicable to players who were on the verge of winning or even won the game at the time of cancellation.

Points Rummy Cash Game:

If a Points Rummy Cash Game were to be cancelled due to a technical glitch at our end, the table balance of all participating players would be restored to the amount at the beginning of the cash game and credited back to the each player’s account balance.

Pool Rummy Cash Game:

In the event of cancellation of a pool rummy game, the sum of entry fees of all the players excluding Deccan Rummy’s service charge paid by the players eliminated prior to the round game got cancelled, would equally be distributed to those players remaining in the table. Kindly find that this policy is applicable to players who were on the verge of winning or even won the game at the time of cancellation. Should the game be cancelled during the first round, only the entry fee minus the service charge shall be refunded to the players.

Deals Rummy Cash Game:

In the event of cancellation of a deals rummy cash game, the sum of entry fees of all the players minus the Deccan Rummy’s service charge paid by the players who have been eliminated prior to the round game was cancelled, shall equally be distributed to all the players remaining in the table.

Cash Tournaments:

In the event of a cancellation, the entry fee paid by players who have been eliminated up to the last completed round and the remaining amount shall equally be distributed among players that have qualified from the last completed round.

Deccan Rummy reserves the right to change our Games cancellation policy and take decisions at our discretion. We will, however, keep the players informed about any policy changes or decisions to all the players. Players can continue have a safe & secure gaming experience as always.
