Bonus Terms and Conditions of Deccan Rummy

These are the standard terms and conditions for the discount schemes (referred to as “bonus schemes” industry practice) (“Discount / Bonus Terms”) governing all rummy sites and applications (Platform) run by the Deccan Rummy (Company).

Discount/Bonus terms counterparts of the capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to them at /legal-terms-condition (the “Terms of Use”), which are hereby incorporated by reference into these Discount / Bonus Terms.

These Discount / Bonus Terms shall prevail in case of any conflict with the Terms of Use.

Further terms and conditions might apply to certain Discount schemes which will be visible on the Platform or in the communication of the offer where the Discounts / Bonuses are communicated. It is the User’s prerogative to read these additional terms before engaging in any scheme.

1. Bonus offers are only for Indian residents who qualify for playing real money games according to the Terms of Use.
2. Decisions made by the Company concerning the arrangement, execution or closures of any Discount / Bonus scheme remain final and binding, and no further correspondence will be considered.
3. The Company has the right to extend, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify any Discount / Bonus scheme at its sole discretion, at zero prior notice, to accommodate business needs, regulatory changes or exigencies that arise. These decisions will have binding effects on all the participants.
4. By playing a game that comes with a Discount / Bonus, the User agrees, without any reservations, to take all the terms and conditions connected to the offer. Details of different schemes are neatly provided on the Platform.
5. Discount schemes are most often built around the player’s gaming history, such as the number of the games played, the amount staked and playing frequency. Such offers can extend in the form of credit notes for the past rake charges or discounts for future gaming.
6. All Discount / Bonus schemes are under the guidelines and directions of applicable legal or regulatory authorities from time to time.
7. Some schemes might have Bonus Amounts credited to a User’s account and can only be used to play games on the Platform and are not withdraw-able unless as specified in the schemes’ terms.
8. Users are not allowed to transfer, or roll-over Bonus Amounts unless specifically stated in the individual terms of the relevant Discount / Bonus scheme. The Bonus Amounts cannot be transferred from a User Account to another User Account.
9. Company hereby reserves rights to forfeit any Bonus Amounts, unexercised within the time frame indicated in the relevant scheme. Unless otherwise specified, unused Bonus Amounts shall be expired after sixty (60) days from the date of credit.
10. Bonus amounts are normally restricted to one transaction per person, household, address, e-mail address, credit card, bank account, and computer environment where multiple parties may try to access and/or capture the bonus offer, except as otherwise provided. This limitation is applicable to all of the Company affiliates and subsidiaries.
11. The Company has the right to cancel any Discount / Bonus scheme at any time without prior notice or reason for it. It also reserves the right to decline the amount to any User or group of Users without stating reasons. Nevertheless, those who already qualify for a certain scheme will continue to enjoy the guarantee even at the level originally stipulated.
12. Discount / Bonus schemes are usually awarded as a credit or on a future play-based discount basis which may be withdrawn under the terms of the applicable scheme.
13. When different websites or properties of the Platform run the same Discount scheme, a User would be entitled to claim only one Discount on either of the platforms.
14. For some schemes that require users to deposit real monies to their accounts, the deposited amount and the Bonus Amount may be subjected to payment for one or more games in a given period. If these conditions are met, payouts, if any, may be dependent on them. Certain schemes could necessitate a User to play with their Bonus Amounts a number of times before they are able to cash out on any winnings.
15. The Company has a right to selectively offer Discount / Bonus offers to a group of Users. It is not required to share the selection criteria and has no obligation to make the offer to all of the Users.
16. Users who receive Bonus Amounts as a part of a promotional offer grant permission to the Company to use their name, image, and likeness in promotional materials without an offer of additional compensation. Such Users also undertake to cooperate in promotional activities in the manner requested by the Company.
17. The Company reserves the right to enforce forfeiture of any credited Bonus Amounts in the cases of breach of the Discount / Bonus scheme terms, Terms of Use, failure to provide required identity verification documents.
18. Bonus or real money received in a User account due to an error is held on trust for the Company and shall be returned at the request of the Company. The Company may take back such amounts with reasonable notice to the User.
19. The Company sends monthly Tax Invoices or Credit Notes which reflect the amount of GST charged on player accounts for rake charges less any discounts offered.
20. These Discount / Bonus Terms are subject to the Indian law and disputes resulting from these Terms will be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India
