What are Net Winnings?

Net Winnings is the difference between the money accumulated by the player and his/her deposits. For example, if a player has played 20 games by depositing ₹2000 and has accumulated ₹5000 then the net winnings is the difference in amount which is ₹3000

Sample Scenarios

  1. If the user has positive winnings then 30% TDS will be deducted on the net winnings
    • Main Balance – ₹ 2000
    • Net winning amount – ₹ 1000
    • If you wish to withdraw ₹ 2000, then
    • TDS applicable on winnings at 30% (of ₹ 1000) - ₹ 300
    • Amount credited to your account – ₹ 1700
  2. If you have paid TDS on your winnings already but the net winnings have reduced, in that case, the deducted TDS will be moved to redeemable status based on the negative winnings.

Assuming you have deposited ₹ 1000 and won ₹ 2000, and then your net winning is ₹ 2000, if you are attempting to withdraw ₹ 3000 then a TDS of ₹ 600 will be charged then you will receive ₹ 2400 in hand. However if you have deposited ₹ 1000 subsequently and lost it, then you will receive the deducted TDS based on 30% of your negative winnings. In the above scenario, player will receive ₹ 300 from the already deducted TDS amount of ₹ 600, to your account as a redeemable TDS.
